Do not submit a rushed appeal. Read the notice carefully, gather your invoices and records, and work out the actual root cause first. A weak first appeal can make reinstatement harder.

It is the document Amazon expects you to submit to appeal a suspension. It must explain the root cause, the corrective actions you have already taken, and the preventive measures that stop it happening again.
